KERVIN A. SIMMS, ESQ.
Kervin A. Simms was born in the Bahamas and raised in Miami, Florida.
Kervin is a graduate of Howard University (1980) and Howard University School of Law (1983). He was an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York from 1983 through 1988. Thereafter he started his boutique law firm with an emphasis in entertainment law, and currently represents numerous artists, producers, directors, writers, as well as various entertainment companies.
DAVID M. DAVIS, ESQ.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David attended Bucknell University and graduated in 1980. He spent summers and winter sessions writing for the New Pittsburgh Courier, one of the oldest black newspapers in the country.
David graduated from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law in 1983 and moved to Brooklyn where he began working an Assistant District Attorney. After working for litigation firms in more recent years, Mr. Davis has also established his own practice in the area of negligence law. A resident of Oceanport, New Jersey, he is married to Carol Davis and has a daughter, Halah.
